Economic Engine

During Lancaster 2020, one of the discussion topics was Economic Engine.  The top two priorities identified by the group were:

  1. Attract and grow businesses (48%)
  2. Improve infrastructure and public services (31%)

Does anyone have an example of a project in either of these areas?  Do you feel the report summarizes the ideas presented at Lancaster 2020 regarding the economic engine?
